Choose Area
Open the App and select the city or area where you want to rent.
Find an Item
Browse nearby listings — note the daily rate and damage compensation.
Pick Dates
Select rental dates and quantity, then tap "Rent Now" or add to cart.
Confirm Payment
Review the total, select your credit card, or add a new one.
Wait for Approval
Request sent! The merchant will respond within 24 hours — then arrange handover.
In-Person Pickup Flow
Confirm in advance, follow the steps, receive your item safely

Arrange Meetup
Confirm time and location with the merchant via in-app chat.
Confirm Details
Once the merchant sends a "Meetup Confirmed" card, tap the checkmark.
Merchant Action
At pickup, the merchant taps "Handover" and both parties confirm item details.
Photo Evidence
Verify the item condition, tap confirm, and take photos to complete the record.
